5. Smart Doorbell – Ring Video Doorbell

If you’re one of them guys that always seems to receive visitors at an inconvenient time then you need to consider Ring Video Doorbell. With this fantastic little gadget, you will never miss that knock at the door. Ring has the ability to allow you to see and talk to the people at your door via your smart phone. Great when you know you’re expecting something like a parcel but you’re out for the day, when the delivery man comes a knocking you can tell him where to put the package. It’s also great for helping you filter out some of the more undesirable people you’d rather not open the door to (did someone say trick or treaters?).

It’s easy to set up, reliable, can be wired in electrically or run off the rechargeable battery (the battery goes for weeks before needing a charge) the best bit is, if for whatever reason the device is stolen then Ring will replace it for free if you file a police report.
